Timeframe
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
- Even if the product has been opened and tested, you can still return it (as long as it’s not deliberately damaged).
What’s Covered

- Includes products that have been opened but did not meet your expectations.
What’s Not Covered
We rarely decline returns, but we reserve the right to refuse in cases of:
- Items deliberately damaged or misused (e.g., cut wires, intentional breakage).
- Products left unused for an excessive time and returned in a heavily damaged condition.
Note: “Didn’t enjoy it” or “Not satisfied” are perfectly valid reasons for return. We welcome honest feedback.
How to Request a Return / Refund (Simple Process)
- Email us at support@amoreka.com with the subject: Return Request – Order #. Include your order number, product name(s), quantity, and a short reason (e.g., “Not satisfied”).
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with your personalized return address and instructions (sent privately for your security).
- Ship the product back (plain, discreet packaging).
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days, and you’ll get a confirmation email.
Shipping Costs
- If there’s a defect or wrong item: We cover return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., didn’t like it): Return shipping is your responsibility. We can also help arrange a paid return label.
- For expensive items, we recommend a tracked shipping service or insurance for safety.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the item.
- Bank or card issuers may take 3–10 business days to post the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card, then contact support@amoreka.com for assistance.
Exchanges
- Need a different model or size? Just let us know when you apply. If prices differ, we’ll arrange a quick top-up or refund of the difference.
